Christian Jo B. Capacite

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science Marine Transportation. I am 26-years old a father of 1 child. I grew up in a broken family where I learned to be more independent with myself, be optimistic, and resilient with whatever I do.

Furthermore, I worked as a Seafarer for a year but due to pandemic I was not able to go back onboard. So I applied in BPO industry and luckily I got hired. My first experience was in technical support for internet and email then after 6 months the account was closed because the contract ended. My second experience is a 3 in 1 support (customer, technical and sales). I have been with them until now for a year and more. With the experiences I have with this industry I was able to gain new skills like billings, email, mobile network and fixing devices by doing some basic troubleshooting steps. The best skill I have acquired is being able to manage my time with the additional tasks I have been a top agent for consecutively (monthly and quarterly), after being with the account for 6 months. I believe that the skills I have acquired from my previous and current work will help me work at a different company. Not only that, but I look forward to putting my knowledge and skills to use as a productive member and learning new things from the best in the industry.
