Christina Ejercito

Good day,

I'm Christina Espiña Ejercito, you may call me Christina, I graduated my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree in the University of Eastern Philippines with an RLE GPA of 1.70.

I'm a Registered Nurse in the Philippines, the US and the UK. I also have a 7.5 OBS in my IELTS.

I have previous experience in the BPO setting as a clinical review nurse under Humana from January 2020 till June 2021.

Due to my ability to communicate efficiently through speaking and writing it was easy for me to negotiate with OMD and RN to withdraw the cases when necessary. Eventually, due to my dedication and hardwork I was able to get to the top 10 in our monthly employee ranking. Handling 45 cases in 8 hours helped me to analyze data faster and molded my ability to make the right decision for my patients. I managed to go beyond the expected quota which is 45 cases and went for 50-55 cases a day.

Working with nurses and doctors in the US virtually has helped me in getting more familiarized to the western culture and language.

In August 2021, I started working in the UK as registered nurse. My previous experience in the BPO has helped me in getting through cultural and language adjustments. In addition, my experience in the UK has helped me to physically interact with individuals in different backgrounds, culture, languages and religion. My work ratio consisted of having 28 residents while I was the only nurse in the floor. This helped me to work under pressure and to manage my caregivers. In this line of work, I learned how to allocate tasks to my carers and provide health teachings to my carers on the proper ways to manage patients.
