I have been with the BPO business for almost 8 years and worked with a different campaigns and accounts. I am a Senior Collection Specialist for almost 4 years for Capitalone US and worked for T-mobile US as a Customer Service /Technical Support for almost 2 years. I also worked for Outcomes Health Information Solutions for more than 1 year as a Chart Retrieval Specialist. And the only Australian Account that I've handled was with Easymeals as a Outbound/Inbound Sales Representative. I believe that with my skills and experiences, I can be good on this position because there are three important things that a Sales Representative should always do. Open the call, Close the sale and move to the next the call. Always be positive in each call and focus is also important. I always tailor fit my customer and I am 100% sure with the information that I am giving to avoid any customer's complain. My main secret why I always close a sale? Because I always work with heart.
