I am a 46 year old customer service professional. I have spent more than 26 years providing customer satisfaction through different industries from the gaming to call centers and most recently working for UK visas and immigration. I have worked from positions from regular employee up to Management and Integrity officer positions. I take great pride in my work and hold customer service and support to a high level and a such believe that reflects in the work and service I provide.
I am always keen to take on new roles and welcome the challenges this brings. Being English I believe I am a good fit for roles requiring a high standard on English proficiency, both written and spoken and relish working in high paced environments.
