I have been a customer service for 3 years, we handled billing concerns trouble shooting and we did upselling. Afterwards for a couple of years I was promoted as an account specialist for dish network our american client. We where their pioneer team and continuously I came out on top and I never had a hard time with escalated calls, as far as I know no matter how upset the caller is, as long as you listen, be honest and do whatever it is within your power to help them out with their concern by the end of the call you'll both be laughing. I was asked what was my secret and all that i could say was to always find ways to enjoy what is it that you do, because as long as you're happy you will be at your best.
