I have been in the administration and reception/secretarial industry for over 15years. I love working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life. I am a people’s person and love being the friendly face of a company.

My passion for people became a reality because for the past two I started working virtually as a Customer Liaison Office for a Company in Australia. I enjoyed my work so much and without realizing it I brought in many big companies and therefore maintained a strong relationship with these Companies this resulted in me being nominated as the Team Player and Employee of the month two months in a row, as one of the perks I also received huge monthly bonuses due to my hard work and dedication

I have a passion for awesome customer support and service always striving my best to think of new and innovative ideas to improve my services as best as I can. I am the best at what I do. Putting myself in the place of a customer motivates me to give my best always.

Being in the Virtual environment has permitted me to work in places that were previously unattainable to me. I have worked as a virtual assistant in Australia. I love every minute of the services I provide and best of all is meeting new people and interacting with different cultures.
