I've been with the BPO industry for more than 2 years now given the experience of handling inbound calls as a Technical Support Representative to attend customer’s technical needs and making sure excellent customer service has been demonstrated. After being a TSR for 3 months, promoted then as a Trainer wherein my main job is to train, develop, coach and provide real-time feed backs to my people. Advance knowledge with the use of MS Office specifically with the use of MS Word, Powerpoint, Ecxel and Outlook.
