I am a Nursing graduate. I studied at Southeast Asian College, Inc. I worked as a private nurse for an old woman with Dementia for 3 years. After working as a private nurse, I decided to change my career and worked as a Technical Support Professional for a very big company and it lasted for a year.I then worked as a freelancer. My first job in oDesk was as a Lead Generator but it didn't last very long because my employer told me that he will get back to me to give me a new list of people to call but he didn't. After that, I worked as a Lead Generator for the second time and I can say that I did a very good job because my boss is very happy with my work and extended my contract. I also worked as an E-mail Marketer for a businessman. I worked as a Virtual Assistant for another businessman. I handle his e-mail, calendar, several online accounts, spreadsheets and do live chat support. I am currently working part time as a Virtual Assistant for a businesswoman and I also handle her e-mail, website, calendar and I do a little research on certain topics that she will give me. I make flyers, handbooks and presentations. I am also working twice a week for a businessman and we use Zendesk and Zopim for support.I am currently working as a Recruitment Coordinator. I do the initial interview and set them up for an office interview. I also do Quality Assurance. I listen to 60-100 calls per day and tag it properly. I manage my boss' calendar and company's e-mail as well.
