I did door to door sales in Houston, Texas with Magna Pest Solution from April 2023 to October 2023. I knocked over 100 doors a day. Out of 21 sales representatives, I ranked as top number 1 as of Oct 15 with the highest revenue. October 15 was the end of my contract with the company.

Before I went to the United States of America, I worked in a BPO industry. At first, I was with Convergys and I handled QuickBooks Self-Employed. After a year, I became a subject matter expert and took 10 other agents under my wing. I was with them for almost 3 years.

Then, I got an offer to work with Chase JP Morgan as a retail and credit card specialist. I handled all types of banking calls like checking their balance, checks, transfers, credit score inquiries, and even miles since one of Chase's credit cards is associated with United Airlines.

During the pandemic, I decided to work from home. I offered my services to Harvest right and they employed me as customer service/ technical/ sales representative. I resolved freeze dryer concerns and helped them purchase in-store products for their freeze dryers.

In my college days, I worked as an English teacher for Korean students. It was an interesting time as it definitely helped in paying my school fees.

With the all jobs and line of businesses I did, I am used to learning new things all the time. I adapt to change very well and I love learning new things. Now that I have both sales and customer service background, I can guarantee that I will be an asset to the team in achieving the company's goals most especially in driving profit up.

I am willing to undergo training in any time and day. I worked in graveyard shifts for years, so it's never a hindrance working in the middle of the night.
