Welcome to my profile!

Hello! I am Clyde Maningo, a graduating BA Political Science student at the University of the Philippines Cebu.

To give you a brief introduction about myself, I am a shy 20-year old guy who spends a lot of time in social media. But despite this, I am also a student leader, serving the University Student Council for two terms, and a current Chairperson of our college, Social Sciences Federation. I was also a member of our university's creative writing organization officers, TINTA UP Cebu, for two terms. These experiences helped me hone my leadership skills, excellently organize, arrange, and work under pressure without compromising the quality of myself or my team's outputs.

I had lots of background experiences that involves writing. Way back in high school, I've won awards that honed my writing skills. It helped me realize that I can articulate my thoughts fluently in words. In fact, I won essay writing contests, jingle-making contests, editorial writing, and others. My hobby also includes writing poems and short stories.

My asset is emotional intelligence. I can always regulate my emotions and keep them at bay whenever necessary. When I became the Logistics Head of the UPC Cookout event, it was during the finals week so I have to double my time and organize it properly. It was the peak of my council career where it demanded my time, as well as my leadership and organizational skills. I'm proud to have pulled it off while not compromising my studies.

I have also pretty decent credentials. My hard work paid off as I am a consistent honor student since elementary. I also graduated from Siquijor Provincial Science High School with high honors under the STEM strand. In college, I'm also a consistent College or University scholar with a general weighted average of 1.5. I did this while managing my time as a student assistant in our university where I help organize forums concerning patents and research presentations.

I am currently taking commissions on academic papers. If you were to hire me, there's only one thing that I can guarantee, I will do my best to meet your expectations.
