I have been doing customer service, technical support and content moderation for some time now. I have been doing this for high valued companies as TripAdvisor, Google and TikTok.

Within TripAdvisor I handled customer care for B2B and B2C through live chat, email and phone. Besides that I was also moderating reviews.

For Google I was working as a Google Cloud Specialist within G Suite. I have handled emails, chats and the phone. I was doing trouble shooting, giving technical support, and more..

As content moderator, I have been a volunteer content moderator for a Dutch community since 2015 until 2018. In December 2018 I have worked as a content moderator for TikTok. I have done this in the night shift.
