I am a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Engineer with over 5 years of expertise in both Manual and Automation testing within the dynamic landscape of the Information Technology sector. Holding ISTQB (CTFL) and Scrum Fundamentals certified (SFC) credentials, I have honed my skills in leading business requirements analysis, conducting comprehensive functional and non-functional tests, ensuring effective issue tracking and resolution, and implementing quality testing and reporting practices throughout the Software Lifecycle.

In my current role , I play a pivotal role in developing, documenting, and maintaining functional and non-functional test cases, scripts, and test data. I lead the creation of project test strategies, schedules, and resource allocation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing aligned with complete and testable business requirements. My responsibilities extended to planning and estimating testing efforts during project planning, implementing Software Process Improvement policies, and conducting post-deployment sanity, regression tests, and reviews. I am also in charge of leading non-functional testing, including integration, load, performance, security, and usability testing, employing tools like JMeter for performance tests and Katalon, Selenium with Java for automation scripts.

As a Test Lead in a previous role, I led comprehensive test activities, including planning, analysis, design, execution, reporting, and closure. My role involved creating test cases based on functional and system specifications, participating in project planning to estimate testing efforts, and managing test artifacts for testing cycle consumption. I actively participated in formulating test process improvement policies, executed and validated test cases based on business requirements, and led sanity and regression tests for new product releases. Additionally, I conducted load, stress, and performance testing using JMeter and developed automation scripts for web applications using Selenium with Java.

In my earlier stints on diverse projects, I demonstrated proficiency in writing and executing test cases using Testlink and TestRail, conducting end-to-end tests, and managing and tracking issues using Jira.
