I have many years of working experience in customer service and communication. I've practiced a wide range of skills around communication, empathy, technical, and administrative skills. These last ones were related to account setups/changes, invoicing, billing, reporting, creation of SOPs, phone assistance, portfolio maintenance for a concierge company, WordPress publishing, property calendar maintenance, and other necessary actions that come along with providing a service or a product. Some of the tools that I've used are Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Sharepoint, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite.
