Before becoming a business analyst, I was a customer relationship advocate at Fidelity Investments. I gained valuable customer service experience, assisting clients with their financial needs and inquiries. I also gained experience working in the food service industry for 10 years, effectively communicating with all guests and staff and processing 1000s of transactions accurately.
