I've been working from home since 2013. I am currently working as a Quality Analyst for the past 3 years where I monitor calls and measure compliance against established guidelines of Agent behavior. It's been a continuous process of evaluating key points and practices that drives prospects or even sales as well as improving Customer service.  

I was also in the Recruitment team with MyOutDesk for three years and also as VA for a few months in the same company. As a Recruitment-Sourcing Specialist, I create ads and social posts on different websites most especially on social media sites. I conduct interviews and screening to be able to select potential candidates. With all the years of experiences with my previous jobs, I get to have excellent organizational skills. Along with it, I've got a massive foundation in terms of my communication and computer skills. I am very knowledgeable with computers as well, for I once worked as a Technical Support/Customer Support in the BPO industry for a total of 4 working years.

I am creative by nature, I may not have the professional experience but I can do basic creative designs for social media posts and stories, basic designs for brochures, flyers, cards, invitations, blog banners, etc.

If there are other skills that you needed, I am willing to learn the business. Every job experience that I had was also the first time experience for me. I did learn the job, honed my skills and made myself a valuable asset for each company I worked into. 

I am a good follower but creative as well, so if there are any ideas that i can provide, count me in.
