I have experience as a customer support,also as a Spanish/English Virtual Assistant, used to work at a bank and I learned how to deal with angry customers, also had to do the same as a tech support, you learn how to solve the problems in the best and fastest way possible. Everything can be done with a smile and a positive attitude, I'm a fast learner so besides my area of expertise I had some experience as a community manager and a recruiter, different areas yes, but always related to the customer and a great experience for everyone. I'm willing to learn how to code if it's needed, my native language is spanish but I have a fluent english too, looking forward to learn other languages and lots of new things.
