I started out as a customer service officer before becoming the assistant team leader of my group. I was an administrative and customer support officer. Handled a wide array of tasks from quality control, and training of new employees to social media management and technical support.

Security Admin Assistant

I did general administrative and clerical tasks including work hours and

manpower monitoring. Acted as liaison to GN Power employees. Acted as personal assistant to the security manager.

Fabrication Lab Assistant

I taught 3D design and principles and I was in charge of 3D

machine equipment maintenance.

Virtual Lead, Co-founder

I did product research and management lead for our Amazon Storefront. I partly did the customer support also.

Virtual Assistant

I was mainly doing product research, listing, and Inventory management.

I also did the training and onboarding agent for incoming prospects and

new hires.
