I pride myself on being detailed oriented, goal-oriented a multi-tasker, diligent, and driven. I believe and know that my qualities would benefit several companies' goals to increase their client base while continuing to provide outstanding service. I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I'm not comfortable with settling for less, and I'm always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness.  I am highly organized. I always take notes and use a series of tools to help myself stay on top of deadlines. I like to keep a clean workspace and create a logical filing method so I can always find what I need. I find this increases efficiency and helps the rest of the team stay on track, too. I'm a people person. I love meeting new people and learning about their lives and their backgrounds. I can almost always find common ground with strangers, and I like making people feel comfortable in my presence. This skill is especially helpful when kicking off projects with new clients. I have worked at a few locations in my country that have allowed me to put what I've learned in the classroom into use in a practical sense. I was managing a Variety store and got the chance to handle the books there and meet the customer's needs, wants, and expectations. Hence, I also worked at Juici Patties as a Counter Clerk where I served customers pastry products. On the other hand, I had experience working for the Municipal Corporation in my state/parish. Nevertheless, I also received some more experience working at an Internet Cafe, where I assist customers with prints, scans, photocopies, and more. I managed to also work at a Call Center where I was a Customer Support Specialist for both inbound and outbound calls. Therefore, I was also an email support agent and sales representative. I am currently now working at Care Solace remotely, where I am a Care Coordinator who supports and assist clients to get connected with therapists, psychiatrists, interventionist, and more. To receive the mental health support/ services they need. I love working at Care Solace, the work environment is tremendous and has a lot of heart warming individuals.
