I’ am an experienced Processing Specialist and been promoted as a Quality Analyst and Business Consultant in my previous team (John Hancock Signature Services, Portsmouth NH), I worked for them for 5 years. I bring a strong knowledge of leading standard quality and accuracy to our shareholder’s mutual fund accounts, working with our Business Units to ensure our deliverable are met and shaping brand compliant with Legal and Compliance and IRS.

I have been transitioned to Commercial Real Estate with our Business Unit based in Toronto, my role is a Lease Administrator for more than a year now. I ensure that contracts are well understood and read every important detail needed to encode in our system, specially the terms and payment of the tenant. Working with different Branch contacts, Property Manager/Accountant and Directors efficiently by processing their requests promptly.

I have been working with Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, also proficient using other social media and Google web research.

I can provide support in various data entry, encoding projects and web research. I can consider myself keen to details, organized and hardworking.
