  • Provide and track customers’ product and make sure it was delivered in a timely manner.- Update customers’ information like shipping/billing address, cancel orders and/or process refund and manage RMA using Seller Cloud.
  • Upload and manage listings, SKU, image in Seller Cloud
  • Sourcing products, extracting good brands from Price Checker 2. Then Jungle Scout to see if the brand/s can make a good profit.
  • Managing Airbnb guests correspondence, bookings, enquires and reviews.
  • Checking brands in our database (Smart sheet, Trello) to make sure there will be no duplicates.
  • Administrative Assistant to the Owner handling his emails. Set an appointment to his clients. Message clients before the meeting/appointments. Move all messages coming into his emails to their respective folders and make sure all messages were organized.
