Lead generation and nurturing have always been my priority. Regardless of how a lead is generated, I've applied the interpersonal and sales skills I've garnered over the years to overcome multiple objections and ultimately have an engaging conversation. I've taken part in almost all aspects of the real estate industry. Buyers, sellers, mortgage lead generation, property management, investors, cross-selling, and more.
I was also involved in the beta phase of GGMS's marketing collaboration with Sierra Interactive CRM as an onboarding specialist and database manager, and have worked with multiple CRM platforms like Follow Up Boss, Kv Kore, Salesforce, Cinc, and Sierra Interactive among others. As well as complimentary software like Sherpa, Bomb Bomb, and Homebot.
Meticulous follow-up is the key to a successful database and keeping myself up to date with the real estate market and its trends has helped me in providing the best and most knowledgeable customer experience through the use of the most appropriate follow-up methods whether it be phone, text, email campaigns, or video calls.
