Hi, my name is Daniel I‘m a bi-lingual (English / German - native) Team Leadership, Agile Coach and Athlete. 

Throughout the last 6 years work experience with Startups and SME’s in Incubator and Accelerator Programs in UAE and UK, I realized many teams in the business environment face new 21st-century problems such as communication to remote teams.

The high number of teams breaking up due of lack of understanding how to build sustainable team dynamics, individual team communication values, and creating an engaging team environment to achieve upcoming challenges and prevent team arguments is high. That’s where I focus on in my mentoring and coaching for startups and global operating businesses with remote teams.
