Cycled over 7,000km and raised more than
$200,000 to help at-risk children in
Thailand
Working within internal management consulting and strategic development roles, I have
developed strong experience in solving complex problems with senior stakeholders including
regulators, customers and communities. Key projects included a $180m Cost Reduction Program
at ASB and Enforceable undertaking response to ASIC for Financial Advisor Review within CBA.

Inspiring through communication
Through research and application of emotion and storytelling, I have developed a strong capability

Building connection through empathy
Transforming culture within companies or within external groups requires the ability to develop
emotional connections and understand the rational drivers within people. My success in
transforming the IAG Foundation into a key vehicle for employee engagement and my fundraising
for charity have both demonstrated my ability to build empathy and connection.
