What SQAF Group Members Do We, the SQAF group members (the “QA remote team”), use information-driven decision making to define our structure of deliverables, helping companies manage their product knowledge better. QA Remote Solutions Provider in an On-Demand Manner We offer a wide variety of QA work tasks (the “Products”) to customize as remote solutions for project testing needs of our Clients. By selling these Products, we get payments from a purchase order made by our Clients. That is, we earn hard cost money from completed orders, or QA work tasks we provided to our Clients, while we get commission for all the Products purchased by our Clients and delivered by other SQAF group members using the Service. In general, our positions are fully remote and we are always responding to project test requirements of our Clients in an on-demand manner. 2. Full Software Testing and Analysis Services We support a full software testing and analysis effort from understanding project information requirements to test performance improvements. Depending on the project test requirements of our Clients, our SQAF experts will take you step by step through each phase of QA works providing you with a good feedback. 3. Experience and Expertise We are equipped with methodologies and process of manual software testing performing end to end testing and analysis; have relevant skills and experiences in software quality risk assessment, mobile testing, security testing, usability testing, and test process improvements; and have expertise in working with some automated tools like Selenium, QTP, Jmeter, IBM/Rational Functional Tester, TestComplete, Cucumber, and Appium. Testing Engagement Testing engagement is on hourly price basis and at the same time the SQAF group members are available as per on-demand manner. Note the Client pays a pre-negotiated hourly price for the project, which in turn is linked to well-defined structure of deliverables. Starting cost as initial financial proposal USD 12.50 Others: Total: USD 12.50 Payment Terms:    100% along with purchase order by new Client; 60% advance along with purchase order by existing Client and 40% balance upon QA work completion; or 30% advance along with purchase order by loyal Client and 70% balance upon QA work completion. Project Timeline and Delivery Milestones Total Project Duration/Delivery: 1 Day (or 1 hour from the date of sign-off) Fixed hourly rate: USD 12.50 Warranty Aside from Content available on Product archive page, the SQAF group warrants or guarantees the QA remote solutions delivered will satisfy Client’s project test requirements as per scope agreed and defined. Legal Issues 1. We will do our best to deliver quality results. But as it’s impossible to deliver 100% bug free product. Further in no event shall we be liable for any loss of profit, lost savings, or any other commercial damage arising out of the use or inability to use of the system under test, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. We shall not be liable for delays, cost overruns, ineffective test engagement, due to any of the following causes: a. b. Failure of Client to perform its responsibilities as discussed herein and subsequent agreements during testing engagement discussions. Events resulting from force majeure such as strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disturbances, acts of public enemy, war, blockades, insurrections, riots, epidemics, landslides, earthquakes, storms, typhoons, heavy rains, lightning, floods, washouts, civil disturbances, explosions and any other causes not within our control. Non-Disclosure Agreement SQAF group acknowledges that during the engagement it can come across and become exposed to all pertinent project information requirements, various trade secrets, inventions, innovations, processes, information, records, customer lists, and/or specifications owned or licensed by Client. SQAF group agrees that it will not disclose any of the aforementioned, directly or indirectly, or utilize intellectual property obtained through the relationship for the purpose of generating revenue either during the term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter, except as required in the course of testing engagement for Client. The SQAF group will mark all sensitive documents as Confidential and will be only accessible to its project manager for work related purposes. The SQAF group further agrees that any of SQAF group members shall not disclose their retention as an independent consultant and the terms of this Agreement to any person or organization without the prior written consent of Client and shall at all times preserve the confidential nature of the relationship with Client and of the services hereunder. Also upon notification by Client, the SQAF group will return any documents or records currently in our possession to Client and thereafter destroy all records marked as confidential. This Contract Modification or Amendment: No amendment, change, or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing signed by the parties hereto. Entire Understanding: This document and any exhibit attached constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the parties, and any and all prior agreements, understandings, and representations are voided for no further force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned have executed this Agreement as of the day and year first written above. The parties hereto agree that facsimile signatures shall be as effective as if originals. This includes avoiding the dreaded pitfalls like the loss of time and productivity for both Client and SQAF group members.” How It Works? The work model of SQAF group is a process that we follow to reap success. Aided by our knowledge and experience, we have developed and refined our process in the form of this work model, bringing in efficiency, quality control at each stage, and QA best practices to provide QA remote solutions to our Clients. We undertake the QA works with the following Steps: STEP 1: Submission by Client of test requirements Expert Activities: a. Get started by gathering all pertinent project information requirements. b. Identify and advice Client for any shortcomings. STEP 2: Understand project information requirements Expert Objectives: a. Understand what the project information requirements are all about against the QA work task needs. This includes determining why QA work task is to be carried out. b. Identify project information requirement issues and/or concerns. This includes escalation of issues and/or concerns to client as they occur. c. Determine suitable QA work method. This includes defining metrics and identifying optional QA works to improve outcomes, if necessary. STEP 3: Plan and define QA work activities Expert Activities: a. Plan for QA work. This includes preparing QA checklist and a higher-level overview of what to test and in what order. b. Give quote to Client. c. Assemble the QA remote team to utilize. d. Get sign-off from Client. STEP 4: Implement the QA work method Expert Activities: a. Advice Client to purchase the QA work tasks at Quoth Shop. b. Motivate the QA remote team members to be objective in undertaking QA work activities and putting into practice the Implementation Methodology below. c. Deliver QA work results for Client’s acceptance. STEP 5: Improve test performance Expert Activities: a. Review and analyze the effectiveness of QA work activities. b. Motivate the QA remote team for test performance improvements. Implementation Methodology The implementation methodology is divided into four periods. They are:     Set-up Evaluation Delivery Acceptance They are segregated from one another to properly schedule the project as well as to determine both Client and QA remote team’s responsibilities and when resources should be allocated. It also reflects when activity is simultaneous with another or which is pre-requisite of other. 1. Set-up Period The Client will: a. b. Identify, develop, setup, and/or deliver a unit tested release on agreed release dates to QA remote team. This includes spending a short period of time to provide a reasonable/sensibility check before carrying out the test by QA remote team. Give the required resources to be used for the testing. The QA remote team will do workstation setup to get ready for the testing, if necessary. 2. Evaluation Period The QA remote team will apply the QA work activities objectively, gather information, create the summary report, and record the QA work results. This includes finding and escalating QA work activity issues and/or concerns to Client as they occur. 3. Delivery Period The QA remote team will deliver the summary report and QA work results to Client for review and likely action. The Client may request for revisions if the delivered QA work files failed to satisfy his/her project test requirements. If necessary, the QA remote team will communicate with Client for mutual agreement and resolution to complete the project testing needs. This includes revising the summary report and QA work results based on reviews made by Client. The Client has three days to provide a notice of acceptance or non-acceptance based on delivered QA work files. 4. Acceptance Period If the Client is satisfied with the QA work, s/he will be required to give the QA remote team a notice of acceptance. Note QA work is considered complete if the Client fails to provide the QA remote team a notice of acceptance or non-acceptance within the response time. The QA remote team will upload all the QA work files that have been completed to the Service, while the Service will scan and ensure all the transferred files were free from any damages caused by viruses, malware, and etc. before sharing them to Client for management, maintenance, and execution throughout the project.
