I have competent computer skills because I am a graduate of Associate in Computer Technology. I enhance and improve those skills because of the job experiences that I have after I graduated in May 05, 2008. Those job experiences It only not improve my computer skills but I also gained another skill. The ability to handle customer in a professional way by serving excellent customer service. Being exposed to a different people, cultures, attitudes, in a different places and situation, I was able to developed and enhance my customer service skills in a professional standards. Listening first and understanding the customers concern, responding appropriately by showing empathy, excellent customer service is delivered. It was then I found out the meaning of the phrase that in a business world the customer is always right. I am currently working and employed at Convergys, the number one call center company in the Philippines.
