I have been working for more than 10 years in a call center industry, the first account I joined was the USAirways account for more than 3 years as customer service representative and they promote me as one of the escalation representative who actually taking supervisor call then after that since the account was pulled out, I joined Radio Satellite for more than one year however due to I want growth I decided to resign and I joined the generous American Express account as customer service associate and one of the escalation representative but after more than 3 years my wife and I decided to settle in the province of Negros which unfortunately it did not work so I decided to go back in Manila and joined Citi Bank account but due to family emergency reason I decided to resign and not to jeopardize the company, then me and my family went back to manila for good and I joined Verizon as customer service representative and technical support representative tier 1 for 2 years however because of the Pandemic (covid19) I resigned because I am afraid to go out. Now, I am looking for Work from Home job so I can work without going out. I have no attendance issues and I always perform to get those incentives. I am outgoing, dedicated, and open-minded and I believe that a person should work on developing their professional skills and learning new things all the time. I am very much willing to learn new things and to be train. I am looking for new career opportunities my current job position cannot provide.
