We launched In Media Agency as the next phase in the evolution of the mission I had started with
Alquemedia, to help our clients grow their businesses through rich interactive multimedia design and user
experiences. We have also added a Digital Marketing and Social Media Management service to help new
businesses quickly catapult to the next level.
As CEO, I am mainly responsible for setting the strategic focus and direction of the company, managing our
executive staff, and negotiating alliances and partnerships.
Along with these duties, I continue to architect and develop software for our web development clients, and

help produce a 5 minute preview trailer for Ana, an upcoming feature animation by award-winning director
Carlos Carrera.

I joined the crew for two months beginning in January 2010, as the crew entered peak production, to render
the trailer for the Festival Internacional de Cinema Guadalajara (Mexico's largest film festival.)
During this time, I helped support the render systems, servers and workstations, troubleshooting issues and
assisting in the planning for both new equipment and studio growth.

Provided consulting, systems architecture and business analysis services to customers of Salesforce.com
application platform, as well as new customers desiring to develop new applications. Began first as an
independent consultant, and grew organically to incorporate. Worked with CEOs, Vice Presidents and
other business executives to analyze existing business processes and existing technologies, and created
implementation and migration plans for Salesforce.com CRM and platform.

Memco developed a novel approach to providing role-based security for UNIX operating systems. As
systems engineer, provided pre-sales and post-sales support throughout the product lifecyle. Provided
support in various capacities to many of the company's clients, including the Federal Reserve Bank
of New York, Chase Manhattan Bank, The Hartford Courant, Motorola Semiconductor, and others.
Developed UNIX PERL and Shell Scripts to perform product installations, as well as creation of initial
database configurations, and environmental checks pre- and post-installation. Performed technical product
demonstrations and technical and business user trainings.
