Throughout my career, I have been considered a positive leader, a quality producer and a strong communicator with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment. The professional experience and success I have achieved over the years has contributed to my confidence and ability to work independently. I equally enjoy working independently as well as being a contributing member of a team. 

I am a passionate, process and results driven individual who enjoys a challenge. I approach my roles with an entrepreneurial spirit. I am a team player and communicate with transparency and professionalism. I contribute to the success of a business by exhibiting positive leadership and work with a high degree of accuracy and integrity, no matter the task. I constantly seek performance improvement for myself and my team. 

The external customer is the reason a business exists so business decisions should lead to win-win for the customer and the company. I also believe company employees are our internal customers and should be treated as such, with an interdepartmental goal of collaborative win/win for the departments and the company.

The key to a thriving business is a positive, accountable work environment with clearly communicated goals and the right people in the right positions with decentralized decision-making authority. Without accountability, it is difficult for an organization to continuously improve. I am looking to work with an organization that places similar values on their employees, their customers and their bottom line.
