As the in charge of the billings and collection in our company I make sure to counter all our clients as early as a reminder that the movement of our cargo is already moving. If attached is needed I do also coordinate to our agents at the destinations to be alert in sending necessary documents for me to counter and collect in time. I do also the check our collectors daily movements to ensure our weekly collection quota. For my 9 years in the logistics fields I do aware of the movements of our cargoes even our dispatching system. I can also manage Marketing strategies for our clients special requirements. I records our bank deposits to ensures that all payments where deposit in time and check if their payment has discrepancies. I monitor our collectors daily routine to assure the countering just in time . I do also had a Marketing experienced as I do work in a Shopping Mall warehouse for 8 years. Do the necessary checking of the items and deduct there damage deliveries.
