I am a mother of 3, all girls, and fond of singing and dancing. My background includes serving as a customer service associate with both call-center and e-commerce environments. I had been a Team Manager for 4 years handling 15-18 people and a total of 11 years BPO experience. Started being a virtual assistant 6 months ago as an appointment setter for an Australian B2B account. Most recently, I worked as a customer support for an e-commerce business, where my responsibilities included handling customers complaints and inquiries. I answered customers concerns through phone, email and live chats. In addition, I am reliable, can work independently and very punctual when it comes to work.
