I've been on customer service & sales for several years and I strongly believe that is my advantage. I have experience in live chat support and we assist customer regarding windows and office issues. After that they transfer me to voice which develop my communication skills. I've been on top agents for several times and I can able to meet my target consistently.

I also have background in visual graphic design so I can able to use Microsoft Tools, photoshop, 3D modeling design.
