I have work experience in the industry of business process outsourcing such as customer service representative for inbound and back-office. The experience on entry level allowed me to acquire additional experience for workforce management and currently working (for full time) as assistant manager for the same department. I am willing to learn and can adapt on any working environment with minimal supervision.
