Hi. My name is Destiny. I am 32 years old. I have worked in a US based company of AT&T move and modify as a chat support for 3 years. My task as an agent includes communicating to customers directly through chatting, processing their orders and answering their queries. I believe this experience, equipped me to be hired in your company. I have this Can Do attitude which I consider as one of my strengths. I like to take challenges and motivate myself that I can do it. Also, I pay attention to details which I believe is needed in this position. I am a good team player as well.

In my 3 years working in a BPO, I learned how to be patient in everything I do. I can provide good customer service and will do everything I can to satisfy the customer. I will let them feel that they are valued and provide good customer service.

I can speak and understand English. I can work without supervision. I am responsible of the tasks given to me. I am a dynamic person and like to deal with people. I am interested and I feel qualified to handle any position that demands patience and perseverance. I am a problem solver who can create effective solutions and resolve complaints.
