Dhevie Rose V. Divina

Hi, I'm Dhevie. A recent graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I had been a customer service in a retail company for almost 4 months but for some personal reason I had to pass my resignation letter, my previous work has been my stepping stone to improve my customer service skill I served customers by providing our product and service information and resolving products and service problems. Everyday I recieved numerous customer complains and learned to handle them because I need to provide possible solutions to every customer concerns, I am also good at organizing/filing/encoding/ forms needed by our merchendisers.

One of my skills are adaptability, I can easily adapt works, can work under pressure, hard worker, well-rounded, and dedicated team player.

Being fresh in this field makes me more eager and hungry to get started! I believe that I cannot waste an opportunity and give my best shot!
