Diana Francesca Gepte

I am a Public Health researcher and medical doctor by profession, and it intrigues me how much I may be able to contribute the company's role in improving health service delivery as well as outcomes. My work experience has equipped me with the capacity to carry out the responsibilities required of the position. I have provided technical assistance to different institutional and community-based projects. Project management has trained me to be robust and responsive to highly critical and demanding situations. Continuous knowledge-building was a necessary requisite to ensure that previous actions as well as updated information contribute to improving healthcare activities of the organization, as well as health outcomes locally and nationally. Multi-stakeholder consultations and communications with national and local governments were undertaken to ensure effectiveness and continuity of the different projects implemented. I served as a research associate for a handful of public health researchers affiliated with University of the Philippines Manila and clinical researchers from Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center and Philippine Children’s Medical Center from 2014 to 2020.
