My name is Diana and I am an expert in providing great Customer Service. I was a Call Center Agent for Metro by Tmobile here in the Philippines. Dealing with agitated and frustrated customer are one of my job responsibilities and with that I have achieved good communication skill and problem solving skill. In my transition to home based I have worked as a Telemarketer for Medicare 65+ and was a Real Estate VA / Social Media Manager to create graphics for posting and curated post personalized with the branding of Realtor then I turned to Project Manager for a Digital Marketing company. I know that I still have a lot to learn and I've prepared myself for more room to growth.
