I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and for the past four years, I have been working in a BPO Industry as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Chat Support and Sales Representative in multiple BPO companies.
I was trained for mobility products, Cable services, telecommunication, and financial account. In my four years of experience, I acquired a lot of skills and techniques in assisting customers and providing excellent Customer Service.
