I am a graduate of the University College of the Caribbean (UCC) Over sixteen (16) years hands-on experiences in producing various documents (reports, invoices, minutes for meetings letters, memoranda, etc.) setting appointments and managing daily emails and telephone calls.

I am proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), a strong initiative in decision-making and assumption in responsibilities. Excellent communication and organization skills demonstrated by my ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, and I am highly focused and result-oriented in supporting deadlines, able to identify goals and priorities, and resolve issues immediately.
