I had a total of 7 years experienced assisting U.S. and U.K. customers. I used to worked as Technical Support, Sales Rep, Customer Service Representative and Data Analyst. I'm knowledgeable withe Spreadsheet, MsWord, Accurate Data Entry, Chat Support, Phone Support, Handling Customers and Email Support, Data Capturing from the web (Email, Phone numbers, CEO names, Website link), Web Research. As a freelancer, I had few months experienced as Virtual Assistant (I just quit my traditional job and I wanted to work at home instead of travelling for hours) doing Admin Work, Email Support so I know how to use Google Docs. I also had a part-time work as an eBay Lister, Product Researcher, so I'm knowledgeable with Hydralister, uploading products directly to eBay store, Optimizing title using Title Builder.

Throughout the years of my experience, I have managed to hone my skills that are very close to my personality. I'm a hard working person and I always put dedication to my work. I'm flexible and can adjust to different kinds of work situations. Professionally, I'm a Licensed Registered Nurse with updated licenses, so I have a background with Medical terms. If I have free time, I always attend to seminars to gain more knowledge and get updated.
