I am a customer service specialist for more than 10 years with experience in phone, live chat, email support and VA tasks. These roles gave me the chance to learn different tools such as Skype, Gmail, Google Docs, Dropbox, Salesforce, Desk.com and Zendesk (Email platform); as well as Olark Chat, SnapEngage, LiveEngage, Zopim (Chat platforms), Shopify (e-commerce/ online store platform) and SAP.

I am a quick learner and a highly motivated individual. I like making sure that each task I work on is done on time and of good quality. I am a team player yet can work with minimal supervision. I can work on most tasks and always has a positive attitude. I always put good effort into my work and consistently do more than what is asked. I am good at communication and always able to meet deadlines.
