Prepares Daily & Periodical reports about the banks position (bank’s Settlement, facilities, loans, deposits and interest).

Holding all cash transactions whether debit or credit.

Holding insurance file (medical insurance, car insurance, dishonesty insurance and all risks insurance).
Follow up monthly collection plane and comparing the actual with the budgeting.
Communicate with banks to arrange facility’s settlement.
Handling the company LCs and IDs.
Perform month end closing activities including reconciliations, analysis, journal entries, and accruals and reporting.

Monitor and reconcile finance charges to financing agreements and rates schedules. Prepare
Documentation in support of external & internal financial.

Responsible for the General Ledger Section for the Factories. Follow up the daily work of the GL Section
Make sure about the credibility of the Account balances. Monitors and reviews the daily exchange treasury.
Follow-up entries on the bank system.
Reviews and confirms adjusting entries and the monthly closing.

Prepares monthly reports concerning (Income Statement, Budget, Cash Flows, Budget Analysis, etc.) , present & discuss the reports with the direct manager.
