I recently completed (2016) my bachelor’s degree in computer applications. I had the privilege of working at Teleperformance in a Technical Support Executive role in my free time (3 months), where I learned valuable professional skills such as customer service & customer communication.
Later, I joined WIPRO Technologies in Sep 2016 and I am currently working here as a Junior SAP ABAP Consultant. This is a technical job but working in a client-oriented organization I understand the value of customer service.
