Djordje Mraovic

I'm experienced Account Support Analyst (Financial). I'm experienced Accountant, total of 7 years in Accounting. I'm currently working as Account Support Analyst in big company for two years. I was working as Accountant in small company before for two years also and while I was studying Accounting at Columbia College, MO I have worked in college gym as part-time Payroll Clerk. In my high school of Economic and Trade (Financial administrator) I had practical work as Accountant in companies periodically throughout the four years of education. I have QuickBooks basic/intermediate knowledge. Currently, I'm working on 12 accounts (Banks and Credit Unions), creating daily reports for ATM performance - working with Power Pivot and creating Macros via visual basic so I can make my day easier - working with Power Pivot to analyze data more deeply. I'm working with the invoices in order to check balance due or no balance due - doing quarterly analysis regarding Call Packs and the amounts that are over planned agreement costs and checking invoices that are covering those expenses, making sure that customer is fully aware what is happening and what and why they are paying them. I'm also helping Project Managers to set up account and transfer it from on-boarding to life cycle status, checking installation process and making sure that everything is set up from Sales side to Account Support side. Also, checking entitlement daily - changing, adding, canceling, cloning equipment/assets. I'm doing daily conversation via email with customer as first point of contact.

I went to high school of Economic and Trade for 4 years, working as Accountant Assistant in practical work during high school study in famous Milk factory in Serbia where I was helping and learning from accountants how to do balance sheets.After high school I left to Columbia College, MO to play basketball for two years. My major was Accounting. I was working with data for weekly payroll in the gym for the employees (Microsoft Office Excel) while studying. After that I come back to Serbia to continue my education on private faculty ITS where I studied Information Technology and I was on national faculty of Philosophy where I improved my analytical skills. Very quickly I get a job as Accountant in OCP studio where I was working with balance sheets and making sure that everything is on paper regarding project that we were working on – IT basketball league. I was working on SWAT analysis and was also making balance between accounts receivable and accounts payable.

My other qualities are that I'm fluent in English, very proficient with Microsoft Excel and current web browsers. I have Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly with limited resources, I'm very creative person with high level of abstract thinking ability while resolving problems. I have Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Fluent speaker). I work well as a team member and independently (was professional basketball player). I have strong written and oral presentation skills and I'm fluent English speaker. Also, I'm member of the MENSA/Serbia and the MENSA/USA.

Currently, I'm available up to 4 HOURS a day EVERY DAY of the week. I'm not available only from 8 a.m to 4 p.m (EST) Monday to Friday.
