I have been in the industry for more than 16 years. I started working as a billing coordinator wherein I generate invoice, maintain records and handle complaints. Afterwards, I joined Mead-Johnson Philippines, as an office staff in the warehouse and distribution dept. My main task was to assist in the Returns, Export, Traffic and Dispatch Division. I have also participated in the yearly inventory of the warehouse. After this, I jumped up in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry. I have worked as a customer service representative and technical support with prestigious clients such as Microsoft and Apple and also worked with Telstra, which is Australia's largest telecommunications company. I have also worked as a customer service specialist assigned to four websites.
My biggest strength is the ability to communicate. By this, I mean listening effectively to the needs of the customers to ensure that I provide the best resolution to their problems, and also doing an extra mile to exceed their expectations.
My second strength is the ability to sell and hit targets. I enjoy working under pressure and learning about new products and working towards measurable goals. I've always achieved my targets and always maintain the metrics set by the clients. I'm a team player. I remembered with my previous job that I’ve contributed a lot with our training department. I've helped my colleagues understand the processes to effectively work as a customer service representative. This is something I am very proud of which demonstrates commitment to service that is why I feel with this experience combined with my education makes me a very good fit for the position.
