Donna Joy Lim

For more than four years of being a virtual assistant and nine years of working in the business process outsourcing industry, I have held posts from an agent to a lead. Handling different types of accounts and roles trained me to think out of the box and produce superior results.

My previous work experiences include innovation in many areas and strategies for a solid teamwork. I devised strategies for better communication among team members and camaraderie. I opened up ideas and passion for innovation to our team. 

My goal is to continue improving everyday for personal and organizational growth.
