• Experienced customer service professional. My last role involved updating customer data and
sending out communications in a secure manner as I worked in a regulated environment.
Speaking to up to 30 customers and business partners daily developed my skills in expressing
empathy and gathering information in a timely manner to deliver high levels of customer
support and service. I have studied via distance learning for many years so am experienced in
working remotely and not feeling isolated, setting targets and self-motivating myself to
