I have been in the BPO Industry for more than 10 years - Customer Service, Data Entry, Web Content Management, and Billing - handling back-office, chat, email, and voice campaigns. 

I have hands-on training with Trello, HTML, and Canva and proficient in using Zendesk.

My job responsibilities as a Billing Specialist include but are not limited to answering queries regarding billing, updating customer files, making sure all transactions are properly documented, and collecting and recording payments. 

I was also a Hotel Reservations Agent for an international hotel chain. We get calls from all over the world - most calls coming from the North Americas. My role as a reservations agent includes processing hotel reservations and verifying customer information and payment options. I was also a Data Entry Specialist-Insurance for Australia and New Zealand Bank. 

Editing/rewriting online content for an international hotel chain is another role that I handled for years. This also included managing/editing photos that are being uploaded to the hotel's official website and providing hotel support by answering escalations and queries from the hotel via email. Basically making sure all data and information are reflecting correctly in all channels (company website, travel agency sites).
