Currently I am working as a clinical nutritionist for type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypothyroidism, cholesterols imbalance, fatty liver, arthritis, & women’s gynaecological disorders. I have expertises to cure all lifestyle disorders using the skills of food therapy, food education, mind counselling, and effective healing through behavioural psychology. 

I have done PhD in food & nutrition, and subsequently carried post doctoral fellowship in nutraceuticals from Ireland’s best universality and research centre. I am having experiences of more than 10 years, able to transformed into the lives many health seekers for their physiological problems. Obesity is a major concern for us, where all lifestyle disorders manifested. No matter how much we care and treat the symptoms of disease using medication but problems will not be solved until we act upon the root causes of disease. There are mainly four basic parameters of our life, where we need to make corrections such as diet, exercise, sleep and psychology. These would be possible only if we will look back to our daily lifestyle and thought patterns. 

I believe, each individual has own internal capacity to cure at both mind and body levels , until and unless a healer provides positive message through the importance and knowledge of self discipline and realisation. I am here to empower each and every seekers, who want to transform their lives for meaningful purpose of life and improve their longevity!
