Duvan Dario Cordoba Diaz

My name is Duvan Cordoba. I'm a native American. Lived in New York City for over 30 years. I'm currently living in Colombia Barranquilla. I have to kids their ages range from 14 to 18 years old. My son is in college he is majoring in system engineering and my daughter is still in high school. I am married for 20 years. I have 10 years experience working in customer service as a representative, I worked in New York City in a company BLS business limousine service as a dispatcher, taking calls from customer coming in the city two major airports La Guardia airport and JFK airport. I also worked in Firecom company that dealt with products that where hazzrad and fire safety, took calls from clients that were having issues with their products. I'm working with a company in Colombia called Teleperformance, it's a French company that has over 180 company's around the world. I was working at Walmart as a representative helping customer with theirs issue on their products from electronics to produce and credit card issue as well as missing packages. I took great pride to help my fellow Americans dealing with there every day problems. It made me proud and put a smile on my face once I help customers with their issues. I also felt good to come every day to work it was remote but it gave great pleasure to speak English. I live in a country that not to many people speak or understand my culture so in other words sometimes is not about the money is for the love of the. That's why I have excellent interpersonal skills as a customer service representative. I'm willing to start work as soon as possible and willing to give 100 percent to my job.
