I'm Rheyn I been working in Human Resources and Finance field for almost 7 years in start up businesses that's make me gained for experience handling different duties and responsibilities. I do have experience working in a different facet of HR ( recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relation, compensation and benefits, payroll, and training).
Finance wherein I handle the finance tracker of the company, accounting system, processing the payables, collecting sales, issuance of invoice, monthly, quarterly and annual reports in Accounting.
I also have an experience as Admin wherein a organize company activities, meetings, facilitating appointments of the management, emails, coordinating with different suppliers. customer service, data entry and Lastly, I do have experience in Sales, handling lead generation, follow up the payments of the customer.
One thing I consider as my strength is being flexible and willingness to learn and expose to the different task regardless if its beyond to what responsibilities I should only handle because I believe it will help me grow more professionally
